Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions are applicable for all photography bookings. By booking a photoshoot with Karolina Pollock Photography it is assumed that you agree to these terms.

Booking and Payment

A specified session fee is required on booking the photoshoot to secure the slot. The session fee includes the preparation and shooting time, all required equipment, props and decorations, professional editing of images and viewing session. The session fee is non refundable; however it can be transferable to another slot in case the originally agreed time is no longer suitable.

The payment for the chosen package is made on the day of the viewing session, which typically takes place 2-3 weeks after the photoshoot. Payments are available by cash or card. Debit and credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, the session fee is non refundable, however it can be transferable to another slot. Only 2 reschedules are allowed before the session fee is retained.

If the cancellation takes place on the photographer's side, either full refund of session fee or reschedule of the photoshoot are possible.

Rates and Minimum Spend

All rates are subject to change. Customers should be aware that a minimum spend of Bronze Package is required.

Photoshoot and Viewing of Images

The photoshoot takes place on agreed date and time in the home studio or in agreed location, which is no more than 10 miles travel from the studio address.

The viewing of the images is arranged 2-3 weeks after the photoshoot at which time the package is chosen.

Prints and Wall Art

Karolina Pollock Photography offers professional fine art prints and wall art. The photographer does not take any responsibility for the quality of the prints or products done elsewhere.

Karolina Pollock Photography reserves the right to be credited as an author of the photos in accordance with sections 77 and 78 of Copyright, Designs and Patents Act, 1988. Any unauthorised reproduction of any photos will constitute a breach of copyright.

Under no circumstances the client should use images for profit, commercial endeavours, professional display, or in competitions.

Allergies

It is a customer liability to inform the photographer about any allergies prior to the cake smash session.

Data Protection

Karolina Pollock Photography will store the client’s information privately and will not share these with any other business or organisation.
